Why this site exists
Relocating to Greece is one of the biggest decisions a person can make — and the English-language information available is often outdated, contradictory, or written to sell you something. We built GreekProperty.org to be the resource we wished existed: clear, meticulously researched, and genuinely independent.
Our perspective
This project is guided by a professional background in accounting and a personal connection to Greece. That combination shapes everything here — an accountant's insistence on getting the numbers and rules right, paired with an insider's understanding of how things actually work on the ground.
What we don't do
