Trust
Editorial policy
Our commitment to accuracy, independence, and transparency — and the standards every guide on this site is held to.
Accuracy first
We prioritize being correct over being fast. Guides are researched from primary sources wherever possible — official Greek government portals, EU regulations, and reputable institutional data — and we cite what we rely on so you can verify it yourself.
Independence
GreekProperty.org does not sell property or broker transactions. Where commercial relationships exist — provider listings, sponsored placement, referral or introduction compensation, or affiliated relationships — they are clearly disclosed where they appear. Editorial conclusions are never for sale: payment cannot buy a verification outcome, alter factual findings, soften a caution, or favor any service. No provider is guaranteed placement, traffic, introductions, conversions, or revenue.
Clear labeling of advice vs. information
We provide general educational information, not personalized legal, tax, or investment advice. Where a topic genuinely requires a professional, we say so plainly rather than encouraging you to go it alone.
Review and updates
Rules change frequently in Greece. Guides carry a review date, and we revisit high-impact content on a regular cycle. When facts change, we update the page and note material revisions.
Corrections
We correct errors promptly and transparently. See our corrections policy for how to flag an issue and how we handle it.
