GreekProperty.org may have commercial relationships with professional providers connected to this site. This page explains exactly what those relationships can be, how introduction requests are handled, how paid arrangements are labelled, and — most importantly — what they can never influence.

How introduction requests work
Pages in the Professionals section include a “Request an introduction” form. This is a controlled process — not a lead marketplace and not an instant-matching service:
- You choose to ask. Nothing is collected or shared unless you submit the form and tick the consent box. The consent box is never pre-ticked.
- We review every request. A person at GreekProperty.org reads each request before anything happens. Your details are never forwarded automatically.
- Sharing only happens after review. If we believe a suitable professional provider exists, we may share the information you provided with one or more providers to arrange an introduction. If we do not, your request is simply declined and nothing is shared.
- Providers can decline. An introduction only proceeds if the provider accepts it. Submitting a request does not guarantee an introduction, and an introduction is not a recommendation or an endorsement of any provider.
- Compensation may exist. GreekProperty.org may receive compensation from a provider in connection with an introduction or an engagement that results from one. Whether or not any compensation exists never changes what our guides say or how any provider is verified.

The commercial relationship types we may use
- Referrals and introductions. If we receive compensation when we introduce a reader to a provider, or when a reader engages a provider through the site, that is disclosed at the point where the introduction or link appears. This is the arrangement behind the introduction workflow described above.
- Sponsored profiles. A provider pays for their profile to appear on the site. The profile carries a “Sponsored” label wherever it is displayed.
- Featured placement. A provider pays for prominent placement. It carries a “Featured Partner” label wherever the placement appears. A profile can be both Sponsored and a Featured Partner, in which case both labels are shown.
This page describes the commercial relationship types GreekProperty.org uses or may use, and it is updated whenever those arrangements change. Where no label appears on a page or profile, no paid arrangement applies to it.
What money can and cannot influence

Every provider — paying or not — goes through the same verification process before publication, described on How we verify professionals. Verification labels record factual review only and cannot be bought, upgraded, or retained through any payment. Where ordering or prominence is influenced by payment, that placement itself is labelled.
How to read the labels
- “Sponsored” — the provider pays for this profile to appear.
- “Featured Partner” — the provider pays for this prominent placement.
- “Identity reviewed” / “Business registration reviewed” / “Professional registration reviewed” — factual verification labels with a review date; not endorsements, and not connected to payment in any way.
Commercial and verification labels are deliberately styled and placed differently so they cannot be confused. No provider is ever described as “best”, “approved”, “vetted”, or “recommended”.
Your position as a reader
A commercial label tells you a payment exists; a verification label tells you what we reviewed and when. Neither replaces your own judgement or due diligence — for any property transaction, your independently appointed lawyer is the professional obligated solely to you.
