How these properties are selected
Each edition is researched and compiled by hand — no automated scraping. We look for properties that are interesting for international buyers on value, location, or character, then add the context a foreign buyer needs: estimated total purchase budget, things to check before proceeding, and links to the original source. Listings are verified at the date shown on each property, but availability and prices change quickly.
