Sourcing
We work from primary sources first: official Greek ministries and tax authority guidance, EU directives, and recognized statistical bodies. Secondary sources are used for context and always corroborated.
Cost and budget figures
Where we publish costs — rents, taxes, transaction fees — we build them from itemized, current data rather than repeating headline averages. Each figure states its assumptions and the date it reflects.
Calculators
Our tools show the formulas and rates they use, along with the rules those rates come from. They are estimators for planning, not a substitute for a professional's calculation for your specific case.
Verification and review
Before publishing, claims are checked against their sources. After publishing, guides are reviewed on a schedule and whenever the underlying rules change materially.
Limitations
